Suggestion: See All Friend Ratings

When more than 8 friends have rated a movie, I can't see all of their ratings.

For instance, almost all of my 28 friends have seen the matrix.
I can only see 8 Friend ratings.

To solve this: I think the text Friend ratings should be clickable, taking it to a page with all of your friends ratings.

I fully concur. The only practical point of adding friends is to see what they rated items anyway.

Agreed, great suggestion. A seperate link to Friend's Ratings could be used to link to their ratings for each item, and also in things like Games, TV Shows, Actors, Directors etc.
