Hey everyone! Recently I’ve been exercising with a yoga/stability ball and found this type of workout very effective as it targets many muscles. That’s why I decided to show y’all my favorite exercises in a workout structure, which you can follow! Your ball can be slightly smaller in size, than mine, just make sure it’s not too small and you can maintain yourself while doing the exercises!
