Summer Body Shred / Full Body Workout

Since summer is in 2 months and is rapidly getting closer and closer, I decided to start a new rubric on both my YouTube and Tiktok, where I will post workouts that will prepare your body for summer - these workouts are targeted at shredding and toning your muscles.
