Walking through London at night opens your eyes to many things which you might otherwise miss. Charles Dickens often did it and wrote about to in the 'The Old Curiosity Shop'. But there's a Londoner around today who believes we could all benefit from wandering the streets at night. Wendy Hurrell has been speaking to him.
