Speaking ahead of Tottenham's FA Cup tie against Middlesbrough, Jose Mourinho described Liverpool as the 'best team in the world'.

He went on to talk about Jurgen Klopp's time in charge at Anfield and how it has taken them more than four years to get to where they are now, in reference to building his own legacy at Spurs.
