What is the best video game couple ever? That is a harder question that you might think, as video games, while full of great romances, are often optional or fluid. That doesn't mean there aren't a lot of well established couples, like Nintendo's Mario and Peach, Uncharted's Nathan and Elena or Final Fantasy's Cloud and Aerith. In the end we chose Link and Zelda for not only their staying power, but how constant yet tumultuous their relationship is, from the early days of the NES all the way to Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. So join us as we explore why Link and Zelda are a couple, and why they are the best video game couple ever.
