www.FashionTV.com/videos MILAN - Designer Umit Benan continues to send his models on a journey around the world through his catwalks at Milan Fashion Week. This year, they travelled to New York City. Benan's latest delivery landed in Manhattan showing off his Trussardi Spring/Summer 2013 collection. His inspiration was derived from the idea of how real New Yorkers live and the designer created appealing and sexy sportswear, double-breasted pant suits, menswear elements and exotic leather detailing. Shades of taxicab yellow, crisp white and royal blue took over the catwalk as well as a Central Park and graffiti rooftop backdrop that was hard to take your eyes off. Models strutted in flowy, retro dresses, wide-leg trousers, leather short suits and pajama-style floral getups. Benan continues to infuse his womenswear with menswear inspiration with tailoring that held the collection together.
