Il fascino indiscreto del successo - Come nacque il film.

Come Play with Me (Italian Grazie, zia) is a 1968 Italian drama film directed by Salvatore Samperi. It was listed to compete at the 1968 Cannes Film Festival,[1] but the festival was cancelled due to the events of May 1968 in France.

Having dropped out of university, Samperi was quick to get behind the camera with his highly acclaimed first film "Come Play With Me (Grazie, zia)" (1968), which was made in the wake of "Fists in the Pocket (I pugni in tasca)" (1965) directed by Marco Bellocchio, from which he got his main actor (Lou Castel) and strong anti-bourgeois connotations. However, unlike his model, he puts his foot down on the accelerator of morbidity, thus ushering in Italian eroticism.

Lisa Gastoni (born 28 July 1935 in Alassio, Province of Savona) is an Italian film actress. The turning point in her film career was her role in Grazie, zia. This would set the tone for the roles she would play for the next decade; bourgeois women who were seductive yet sexually frustrated, cruel and arrogant yet sad and sympathetic, manipulating the people around them to try and fill the emptiness in their own lives.
