In DRAGON BLOOD, Rei Suzumura continues to hunt Horrors in a certain city. One day, he meets a young woman in love with photography, Alice Hiromi. After witnessing Makai Knight ZERO in action, she develops an interest in Rei. Meanwhile, a carriage crosses a far away bridge. The carriage contains a coffin in which a man lies. That man is none other than the Dragon Knight, who used the power of Dragons to hunt Horrors.

"Chronology Placement: Second Zero Spin-off (Released after Season 6) Story? It feels almost like a reimagining of the very first Garo season. (But don't think that you already know the story, because a reimagining is not a remake.) Characters? "Spin-off Season | Second Zero Focus | Kouga-era This is the second spin-off for this character and features other returning characters. You definitely should have watched at least the first two seasons + Black Blood before this for the main character's story arc alone. Makai no Hana and Makai Retsuden are less crucial, but still should be watched beforehand."
