Jim Dela is the cop investigating the crimes and thus gets into contact with Vickie Benedetto who is the wife of Vince, a psychotic man who hates his father’s mafia past. A terrible name for a pretty decent cop drama. It has all the ingredients of a 90's low-budget, gritty straight-to-video romp. The storyline has nothing you've never seen before but that's alright as long as it's engaging enough. It's got a great cast in Louis Gossett Jr"
