Revolving around this simple concept this charming and lovable series has Gary Hobson trying to change the world in his own little. What attracted me was this changing of the world for better concept not through averting the course of a meteor or something

I remember watching this when it first aired, and enjoying it, but only barely enjoying it. Upon re-watching it, I find it even harder to sit through. Fisher Stevens is just annoying, the show is a bit dated (though, to be honest, that's where the bulk of my enjoyment comes from), the show feels sluggish and hard to sit through.
