"16.7 Downtown was amazing show. From the beginning it was designed as a semi-documentary of the urban youth culture of 90's New York, they based the series on a huge bunch of interviews they did with common people and even paid amateur actors to do the voices. The ambience and the grounded style are amazing and sucked my in right from the start. But it's not just overtly naturalistic, but they were smart enough to add in a lots of more stylistic scenes like the trippy stuff seen in the last epi"
