New person added but cannot find through search

I added Roberta Murgo on 2/4/16, but can't seem to find her anywhere. But if I try to add her again it says she already exists. Thoughts? (There was a pre-existing Robertamurgo - run together - with no pictures or anything that I reported as needing deleted.)
