James Southworth aka Rachel Bolan (Point Pleasant, February 9, 1966) is an American bassist.
It is known for being the co-founder of Skid Row, and is currently the only component, along with Dave Sabo, who was part of the original lineup of the band.
In 1989 he also participated as a guest album Trouble Walkin 'guitarist Ace Frehley, with whom he will collaborate again in 1997 for the album 12 Picks.
He is also currently engaged in side-project The Quazimotors along with former Skid Row drummer Dave Gara.
