Pamela Sue Martin was born on January 5, 1953 in Westport, Connecticut, and, while she was a junior in high school, a friend suggested she try modeling. She signed with a New York modeling agency and gradually got into doing television commercials. She dropped out of school for part her senior year to do a film called To Find a Man (1972). She later returned to class and graduated. Pamela Sue Martin is best known for her enormously popular portrayal of Fallon Carrington Colby on the prime-time soap opera Dynasty (1981). She also has a hugely successful film career. In theatre, she performed in the plays "Private Eyes"
