Neil Morrissey was born on July 4, 1962 in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, England. He is an actor, known for Boon (1986), Men Behaving Badly (1992) and Motín a bordo (1984). He was previously married to Amanda Noar.
Was engaged to actress Elizabeth Carling whom he met when they worked on Boon (1986).
Son, Sam (born 1989), with Amanda Noar.
Graduated from Guildhall School of Music and Drama in 1983, where his flatmates were Richard Huw, Adrian Dunbar and Charles Lawson.
Was considered as a replacement for Michael Praed when Praed left the TV series, Robin of Sherwood (1984), but lost out to Jason Connery.
