Sounding the Inner Landscape

The first two guided meditations are good basic healing meditations. The first deals with balancing the chakras using color, sound, fragrance and tone (26 mins). The second meditation is good for creating distance from problems and burdens that we carry (13 mins). The third is more instructional, and illustrates how our bodies resonate to certain musical rhythms and scales, i.e., Dorian, Ionian, minor 7th, major 5th, etc. This explanation is followed by an ending segment featuring music and no voice (29 mins).
