Obviously, ‘Boogie Nights’ is and remains the ultimate film about John Holmes but there was a few years later actually another film made about the notorious porn star. It was barely noticed when it was noticed and didn’t get much love (Roger Ebert gave it only 2 stars but we don’t need to agree on everything I suppose) but I thought it was actually pretty good.
