Basically, there was a time when I would go to a video game shop (which is now closed) and I would buy there on a regular basis 5 DVDs for 5 euros and, sometimes, since I would be missing 1 DVD, I would pick up pretty much anything at random just to reach 5 movies. Love this one. Jean Reno acting is wonderful. I like that franc humour. But I would like to see it with a good english translation.

This really is a good movie. Maybe because its not in English, but hell its got everything in it. Violence, sex, lost and found family, gangsters, a pretty girl, guns, good cop, bad cop, espionage................Er, yeah did I say it was good and had a pretty girl?
Hubert is a French policeman with very sharp methods. He goes back to Japan, where he used to work 19 years ago, to settle the probate of his girlfriend who left him shortly after marriage without a trace. There he mets his former colleague Momo and his daughter Yumi who he did not know was ever born.

A Complete Review of Luc Besson's work (39 movies items)" It was actually directed by Gérard Krawczyk. Luc Besson wrote and produced this movie.
