I have to say that I really enjoy watching this movie. The hilarious dialog and individual characters make this movie worth seeing again and again. I'll admit that its your typical romantic comedy but it also shows deeper issues as well.

Before Sandra Bullock became an acclaimed dramatic actress with ‘The Blind Side’ (which I found rather overrated), she used to make this kind of harmless romantic-comedies. Obviously, it was nothing really amazing but I always had a weak spot for this genre and I thought it was a decent entry. Bullock stars as Lucy Kelson, Chief Counsel for the Wade Corporation, one of New York City's top commercial real estate developers. She's a brilliant lawyer with a sharp, strategic mind. She also has an ulcer and doesn't get much sleep. It's not the job that's getting to her. It's her millionaire boss, George Wade (Hugh Grant). Handsome, charming and undeniably self-absorbed, he treats her more like a nanny than a Harvard Law grad and can barely choose a tie without her help.
