“I love horror movies, it's hands down my favorite genre. I always prefer the gorier ones, but I don't mind some slow burners like this one. The premise is silly but it's a PG-13 movie, meant to be a beginner film into the genre. For horror buffs though, it's a little below par. There's some interesting character development between the 3 main characters that make you want to care for them and their outcome. I wish they had done more with the creepy faces, but overall it was a pretty average movie. Could have been better, but could have been much worse.

"First viewing - April 21st From the trailers this one looked like it might be a fun time. Little did I know that the trailers pull heavily from the best and biggest moments during the first hour of the film, which meant there wasn't much more to the movie & thus my excitement over anything that happened was greatly diminished. Thankfully I'd lowered my expectations when I noticed it wasn't picking up many positive reviews, but this still could have been a lot better. For what it was it was fine"
"A disappointing horror film that borrows heavily from Final Destination but without the scares or the gore. A group of friends head off to Mexico for Spring Break and are lured into a desolate monastery to play a game of truth or dare, not knowing that the game is possessed and the players have to keep playing otherwise they die. The problem, apart from the unbelievable concept, was that it telegraphed each death way in advanced so the scares weren't there. Not very good. "
