“To be honest, I wasn’t really sure what to expect from this flick but since it was directed by Ben Sombogaart, I thought I might as well check it out. Well, even though Sombogaart is probably one of the most successful Dutch film directors at work nowadays, half of the movies he has directed were some family features which were all so lame, except maybe ‘Kruistocht in Spijkerbroek’ which was still nothing really amazing even if it won the Gouden Kalf of the Best Dutch movie of the year.
