Stagey, Bette´s evil is so histrionic that seems and unwilling rip off of "All about Eve". But she is amused and amueing. Too obvious the resemblance between her and her daughter in law wannabe.

This is a very unusual storyline but incredible acting just the same. Everyone plays very interesting characters.
