If I recall correctly, I saw this movie in the movie theater when I was living in England. At the time, I was still a huge Woody Allen's fan and I was trying to catch all his movies when they were released. 10 years later, it seems rather like a minor effort for the great American director but I thought it was fairly enjoyable. (BLU) One ot the simplest but richest Woody Allen´s. Great and expansive plot, narrated in fast pace (it contains the "I soliti ignoti" plot but then deviates), great lines and acting by Tracey Ullman (she beats Woody as only Keaton knew)...and Elaine May

Description: Dishwasher and small-fry criminal Ray hits on a plan with his partners in crime to re-open a local pizza place and dig through to the bank down the street. "June 21 "For God's sake! For some reason you're always shooting down my dreams." "Because you get the kind of dreams people get after putting opium in their brownies." I wasn't really feeling this one. It did have a plot that sounded good on paper, but it turned out to be standard Woody Allen fare. It had it's moments and it is never boring, but some of the jokes were forced and I just felt like this movie could've been better. Only Woody Allen completionists must watch this movie."
