It's Tommies and Jerries left right and centre in this British made movie about one man's desperate attempts to flee from capture.

"A thoroughly entertaining (and true!) movie about a World War II German POW Franz von Werra, an ace Luftwaffe pilot shot down during an air battle over Britain in 1940. He not only escaped twice (but got recaptured) from 2 different camps on British soil but actually managed to totally escape for good when he was transported to a remote POW camp in Canada in January 1941 by train, cross the St Lawrence river into the US and find his way back to Germany via South America and Spain.
