Description:
Enzo Ceccotti, a little suburban thief that lives in the roman district of Tor Bella Monaca, while running from the police jumps in the Tiber, entering in contact with some radioactive waste that in a brief time gives him exceptional force.
While initially he uses those powers to commit many crimes, the encounter with the kind and gentle Alessia, a nerd girl with an insane passion for Steel Jeeg (one of the most known and loved anime series in Italy), will change him for better.
