This movie / documentary was Haunting. I feel so sorry for Jim Carrey. He has such an amazing career and so many accolades. But he clearly suffers from the loss of his father and other things in his life. It is really haunting to see him take on characters and genuinely take on their Persona and have somewhat of an identity trial and tribulation discourse. Since I kept hearing some interesting things about this flick and since it was available on Netflix, I thought I might as well check it out. Well, I already knew that Jim Carrey went very far for his performance in 'Man on the Moon' but I didn't know he went so deep. Eventually, even if he never said so during this documentary, I think it was one of the reasons why he was interested in delivering this documentary, the fact that nobody really knew how much he gave while making the damned thing. To be honest, I did see 'Man on the Moon' in the movie theater when it was released but I never saw it again since then and this documentary really made me want to watch it again. Anyway, what I do remember is that it was a decent but fairly generic biopic with a very strong performance by Carrey but” read more
