To be honest, I wasn't expecting much from this flick but since I have a weak spot for Tim Robbins and Meg Ryan, I thought I should give it a try. In my opinion, Tim Robbins is a great actor and definitely one of the most underrated actors. Especially in the 90's, he made some great flicks and, this time, he stars with Meg Ryan who was totally charming back in those days. With that in mind, I thought this would be at least an entertaining romantic-comedy. Unfortunately, it wasn't meant to be... Indeed, the plot just bored me to death. Furthermore, I always find it annoying when a romantic-comedy is based on a lie or misunderstanding. In my opinion,it is really an old and overused gimmick which I never enjoyed. I must admit, Tim Robbins and Meg Ryan both tried very hard to make their characters charming and/or interesting but I couldn't care less. To conclude, even though I'm a sucker for romantic-comedies, this one was really average and, in my opinion, it is not really worth a look whatsoever.
