Like as usual one of the John Cusack's movie that was not widespread among the movie goers. The story of a loving, caring father of two, as well about his dignity. So many movies I'd seen that just deviates slightly from the same storyline and becomes a massive hit, mainly because of the actors or the filmmakers. "Grace Is Gone" is a 2007 American drama film directed by James C. Strouse and starring John Cusack. The film tells the story of a father, Stanley Phillips (Cusack), who struggles to break the news to his two young daughters that their mother, Grace, has been killed in action while serving in the Iraq War. As he grapples with how to tell them, he takes them on a road trip to a theme park to put off the inevitable. Along the way, Stanley must confront his own feelings of grief and guilt, as well as the possibility that his daughters may never forgive him for not telling them sooner.
