"This is the live action movie of Hideaki Sorachi’s long-running manga/anime series. I haven't read or seen anything about Gintama so I wasn't too sure what I was letting myself in for. For starters there's no introduction to the characters at all so you're naturally assumed to be a fan when watching the movie. No need to worry as it doesn't really hinder your viewing experience. It's a very funny OTT comedy which never takes itself seriously (as the 4th wall is often broken!) with several poke"
