"I was expecting this to be an fun and exciting movie about the first man to land on the Moon but it's quite a dour and depressing movie. It managed to capture none of the majesty, grandeur, or scope of the undertaking - it was just a wet blanket of constant angst. There's also too many shaky handheld camera shots just to make it seem more authentic. Worth seeing for the visuals and the Gemini 8 portrayal but all in all seemed, to me, to be a bit shallow.
