(OK) ¿Cute is the word for this? In the savage border, there's is gourmet refinement, eccentricity and tender friendship...Don't know why at the end doesn't return to the present Oregon time, as the beginning..

"First viewing - July 10th Showtime First Cow is fine. The cast is excellent & the overall story is a good one. It winds up being a good look at American frontier life through the central friendship & the dangers of pushing for more for too long. Pacing is way too slow at times though & I never fully connected on an emotional level. Not bad, but I don't see myself watching it twice."
