"There is a good movie hidden away here but director Richard Rush decided to go for cheap thrills, an erotic and violent thriller that is neither sexy or exciting. Bruce Willis plays a psychiatrist forced to leave New York after a tragedy to go to his friend's in LA, soon becoming involved in finding the murderer of his friend, while having an affair with mysterious Rose (Jean March). Starts out with promise but turns into a real stinker with a longing to be as good as Hitchcock. It's not."
