"Two cousins begin a reign of terror in Los Angeles by murdering a string of women. This movie charts the infamous true life case of the Hillside Stranglers which took place between 1977 and 1978. It's a bland movie which never gets going to be honest. Instead of focusing on the gory murders, the movie centers on the detectives hunting the suspects by adding character drama and some relationship crap which slows the story right down.
