" A great movie about the inside world of the Porno Industry of the 60's. Sex drugs, rock and roll. Everybody's having a great time, everybody looking out for each other like a little family. you get a glimpse behind the scenery, the production and the crew of the industry. But good times don't last, especially when heroin is involved. A crazy and lovley mixture of actors who are coming together in this flick"

"Don't worry Dirk, once you're discarded by the porno industry you can fall back on that promising music career."
"I had seen most of this already but I didn't quite remember how much I had seen since it was years ago. Basically I hadn't seen the first 20 minutes or so. The movie has really good humor at times and it is enjoyable rise to fame/ falling from fame- story. The cast is great one too."
"Here's a movie about the adult film business that features an actual adult filmstar in it, 90's porn icon, Nina Hartley. And boy, lemme tell ya.... that Nina Hartley..... if God could be embodied into the form of an ass, it would definitely be hers. Hell, just thinking about it is enough to make me want to wag the dog.... "
" Notes: Before ‘Magnolia’ and ‘There will be blood’, it is with this movie that Paul Thomas Anderson started to get some deserved attention. To be honest, I had no idea what to expect from this flick and I went to see it because it seemed to be fun. Eventually, it turned out to be much better than I expected and, out of a topic which has produced some many lame comedies, Anderson managed to make made a really entertaining but also quite fascinating feature. I was also really impressed "
