“Now begins the talking animal sequels. Also the end of the sports aspects. I am confused about something which hopefully this explains. Are they disregarding the 4th and 5th movies or something? This seems like it's supposed to be before that. Or are these another batch of pups. I guess it really doesn't matter all that much. Robert Vince returns to the directors chair in this sequel. Anna McRoberts once again returns as the co-writer. Phil Hanley joins the writing for his first of the sequels. Richard Karn reprises Patrick here, but for some reason his last name is Framm which is odd. Cynthia Stevenson actually reprises her role once again as well.
