Description: Having been disinherited thanks to Stanczi, her elder female cousin, Gábor Koltay has been suing her for years to get his inheritance. Bálint, his son, is set to avail himself of no matter who's dowry. To do so, he decides to marry Mary, the daughter of Menyhért Gruber, a wealthy American and a relative of the family's solicitor. The young girl is a visitor in Budapest, and they fall in love with each other.
