7 Virgins is a powerful coming-of-age tale about the exploits of sweet-faced Tano (Juan José Ballesta), a 16-year-old reform school inmate, who is given a 48-hour pass to attend his brother’s wedding. He and his neighbourhood buddies, are soon on the prowl for sex, drugs and cheap thrills. It is during this time that Tano must make some difficult choices – choices that will either force him to grow up or lead him on a spiraling road to tragedy.
