Feet, Feet and More Feet (and the N-Bomb)

Tarantino is well known for having a foot fetish. Yes, this picutre is from From Dusk Till Dawn directed by Robert Rodriguez, but it counts.
He also, for some reason, sure loves using the N-word.

Little Female Asskickers
Pick anything by Joss Whedon. There's a good chance that there will be a small female character who is able to beat the shit out of pretty much anybody.

Small woman, big sword/phallic symbol

Oh, and he has a foot fetish! (Not that I'm judging. I, of all people, should not be judging.)

Oranges of Doom

Perhaps the most famous of Coppola's symbols is the orange. When you see an orange in one of the Godfather films, it is safe to assume that a character is fucked.

I guess it's literally in some cases, as here Sonny's wife shows her friends the size of his verga.

The Torture King

What do the Passion of the Christ, Braveheart and Apocalypto have in common? (Besides being historical dramas with big errors.)
Graphic torture, of course. Mel Gibson's supposed thing for torture was actually mocked in a South Park episode.

¿Dónde está Waldo?

¡Ay, Díos mio! Where to begin?
These are just a few things from a Jodorowsky film checklist:
- Christ-like main character
- Castration
- Dwarves (not that unusual in Mexican films)
- Missing limbs
Jodorowsky films are the Where's Waldo of cinema.

The Missing Limb Department
Like Alejandro Jodorowsky, George Lucas seems to have a thing for missing limbs. The difference is that the Star Wars films actually show the limb hacking, which usually is not shown in the Jodorowsky universe.

Puke, Doorknobs, Suicide, More Puke
Even some YouTube creators have their motifs and so on. In an average Noah Foxx video, you can expect him to puke at least once.
Other typical Foxxian motifs include:
- Sucking suggestively on objects such as doorknobs, bananas and phallic sweets - sometimes followed by vomiting
- Noah dying a brutal but obviously fake death. In his videos, he has been poisoned, set on fire by a dragon and has shot himself in the head at least twice.
- Crazy but brilliant graphic effects.

Oh, and he is into unicorns.
