OCTOBER 2014 HORRORFEST

I liked and disliked. Was it a movie about ghosts with all the phone calls, which could have went into a different direction. That was the one I was thinking most of the movie..... But really it is about domestic abuse.
Keep things from me for the twist ending scene (which wasn't that great) but at least make more sense leading up to it.

Overkill or I would have given this another star. I'm looking to see if there is a sequel since it was left so open-ended. Liked the van driving off in the rain
I don't think I've seen so many "death" traps in one movie. I want to know who the killer is - and was thinking it was the cop driving off with Hannah for a second. So not satisfied that there wasn't a twist ending as to who it was.
Pretty good, I didn't expect some of the traps. Also The Collector is a good evil character - definitely wouldn't want to hang out with him. bah.

This started out good and then with the noises and the masked men. Movies I've watched lately have masked people - but not boring masks. Different ones - masked people scare the crap out of me. You don't know who they are, you can't read anything about them except what action they are doing. Creepy.
Hated!! the different take on the paranormal. The movie definitely didn't satisfy at the end. Kind of like the April Fool's thing. Not impressed - it was a letdown.

Man did things go out of wack so quick. But the boys chasing the girls through the woods is getting old.

I liked the way you weren't completely sure who was the bad person. Even though it was pretty obvious.
I hated how the dad miraculously recovered so quickly after being on a vent

Ugh - I hated the lame use of Carlie and Charles Manson.

I loved the Cobb character. I think it could have been a movie about him. I was unimpressed with the wishes and how they played out. They could have really run with that - I was expecting something off the wall and twisted. I wanted it to be as surprising as Wishmaster is funny with how the wishes are acted out.
