This Property Is Condemned (1966)
Natalie was absolutely perfect as Alva! She should have won the Academy award for this. She and Redford were great together!

West Side Story (1961)
Her performance as Maria actually carries the movie and there was no one more perfect for the role. She was breathtaking!!

From Here to Eternity (1953)
Natalie made the TV version of this Movie in 1979 and was wonderful in the part. Sexy as hell at 40, she deserved and won the Golden Globe for "best actress" !!
ClaSSIc CiNEma's rating:
Very underrated movie!! Natalie is only 18 in the lead role and is phenomenal in the role where she is kidnapped by Raymond Burr and almost rapped!!

Brainstorm (1983)
Natalie's last film, she's gorgeous and wonderful in the role, and the movie is way ahead of it's time, great Sci-Fi flick!

Marjorie Morningstar (1958)
Nice film with Gene Kelley, he's much too old for the part, but Natalie is refreshing as Marjorie and has some great scenes, the movie itself is a bit flawed.

All the Fine Young Cannibals (1960)
I love this movie! Critics hated it, but the cast is young, beautiful and works very hard to make this drama work! Natalie is breathtaking and I just cant take my eyes off her!!!

This was a "sleeper" in the mid 1970's. It's actually a great film noir! Natalie is gorgeous and the movie is fun!

The Burning Hills (1956)
Nice western with a handsome Tab Hunter and Natalie as a beautiful half breed. I really enjoyed this movie, it moved fast and Nat was so beautiful!

Bombers B-52 (1957)
This movie is my least favorites. It's really all about airplanes and Natalie's role is sort of lost in the picture at times.

My favorite Natalie Wood movies listed by "best performance" order! A three time Oscar nominee and winner of numerous other awards, Natalie Wood became a legend in her own time! She grew up in front of the camera, with a quality that made you want her to be "alright". She acted from the heart and with her eyes she caught your attention and the camera loved her! Though she died tragically, this breathtaking beauty leaves behind a wealth of her timeless classic roles to endure and keep her legend alive! These are her most memorable "adult roles" of the more than 50 movies she filmed before her life was cut tragically short at the age of 43 by drowning off Catalina Island!
