13 movies, whoa I'm slacking! Thought I'd catch up near the end of the month, however I started my new Summer job and the weather has actually been nice so never had time to fit any in. All my first viewings of the month were all a 7/10+ so I guess on that front I had a good month, although no first viewings broke above an 8/10 either.
Skyfall (2012)
Rewatch on the 23rd.
Rewatch on my girlfriends DVR thingy. A pretty good James Bond film, the villain, as always in James Bond, is really interesting, not as many cool gadgets though :(. Watching this got me in the mood to watch some other 007 movies, I'll have to raid my Dads DVD's to find some.

FG93's rating:

Iron Man 3 (2013)
Watched on the 20th.
Went to the cinema to see this, thought it was as good as the other two Iron Man films, but after Avengers Assemble it seemed a little lacking and nothing extremely special. That being said I still really enjoyed it, how The Mandarin turned out was pretty funny ;D and the little army of Iron Men was definitely good to watch.
Oh and if you're planning to watch this and are going to wait for the after credits scene....don't bother.

FG93's rating:

Juice (1992)
Rewatch on the 19th.
Stayed over at my mates new flat, sofa was slightly uncomfy and so woke up early, luckily I've had this on my iPod for years and so gave it a rewatch. Great film, probably overlooked by many as just another 'hood' film but it's so much more than that, more of a psychological thriller really.
Also if anyone remembers that song 'Riverside motherfucker', this film is where the quote came from!

FG93's rating:

Fast Girls (2012)
Watched on the 17th.
An average film, not too bad but nothing special. I'm not too sure why I even had this in the first place, I think it was from when I went hunting down Noel Clarke movies, anyway I watched it through to the end, I wasn't expecting much but it was a decent story I guess.

FG93's rating:

Sin City (2005)
Rewatch on the 16th.
Just a random rewatch of one of my favourite films! All the characters are amazing, Marv probably takes my favourite, such a bad ass character.
I need to get round to reading the comic some time soon and really can't wait for a the sequel this year!

FG93's rating:

Million Dollar Baby (2005)
Rewatch on the 14th.
My girlfriend wanted to see this after I told her how good it was, so we watched it and sure enough she cried at a few points ;o. Quality movie!

FG93's rating:

Star Trek (2009)
Watched on the 12th.
I'd never seen a Star Trek anything before, non of the films or TV episodes and had pretty limited knowledge about it. I knew a little, like the names of a few characters and the ship and stuff but that's it. My younger cousin recommended it so I gave it a shot, it was actually really good! So surprised and actually really want to see the sequel now!

FG93's rating:

300 (2007)
Rewatch on the 11th.
Random rewatch, seen it 100000000 times, still amazing, one of my favourite films!

FG93's rating:

Watched on the 10th.
A pretty cool story but it has a predictable ending, still a good movie though and I enjoyed watching it, which was a surprise as I don't usually like Tom Cruise, Jamie Foxx or Jada Pinkett Smith!

FG93's rating:

Watched on the 7th.
I'm a big fan of gangster movies and Al Pacino, so I had to watch this eventually. It was a decent movie, nothing too special, Pacino's narration was really good though, as well as his entire performance, as always.

FG93's rating:

Doodlebug (1997)
Watched on the 6th May.
Watched this on youtube, I knew it was only a film short but I didn't realise it was only 2 minutes ;p. Even so, it was pretty interesting and I wanted to see it as it was a work of Christopher Nolan.

FG93's rating:

Ted (2012)
Rewatch on the 4th May.
May the forth be with you ;)
Saw this in the cinema a while ago and now at my girlfriends dads house, he recorded it on Sky or something. Still think it's quite funny in moments, but some aren't as funny and I think I might of been generous giving it an 8.. Not a fan of Mark Wahlberg and Seth MacFarlane's jokes gets slightly annoying sometimes, which is also why I stopped watching Family Guy around series 8.

FG93's rating:

I saw 28 movies last month and I'm off to a slow start again this month, what with the nice weather and my last exam coming up. Will probs catch up a little nearer the end of the month.
