Second choice: Matthew Perry
He doesn't really look like me too much (although that picture is VERY believable as me), but I think the personality fits pretty well. Same can be said for Matthew Perry.
Kevin James, who would be a third choice, basically played me on King of Queens, but he looks even less like me.

Second choice: Jake Gyllenhaal
It'd have to be a younger version of Ben Stiller, but with the cgi these days, they could easily make that work. However, I believe the personality is a perfect match here.
I only threw in Jake Gyllenhaal because Ariann demanded it... although, I must admit, he does sorta look like him :P

Person they'd play: Nate
Second choice: David Spade
Again, the looks are only 'good enough', but I know he could pull off Nate's personality. David Spade is the PERFECT fit for personality, but the looks aren't really there. This would be a hard choice between the two.

Person they'd play: Ruth
I don't know that she looks a ton like Ruth, but i think she could make the personality work pretty well (notice a pattern with that here?)
On the plus side, I think her and Patrick Warburton could be believable as siblings.

Although, with this pick, I must admit, James might be more famous than Kenan Thomspson by the time the movie is made, so he might be able to just play himself.

When Matt grows his stubble, they look sorta alike, and the personality is a decent match too.

This isn't necessarily based on looks or personalities, it takes many factors into account. Some of them I don't even really have a reason for, it just seems to fit.
