I really liked this sequel, even though it's not as good as the first film.
This one explored the characters more than the first, but it had some really clichés that could be a bit silly at times.
Still, I highly recommend this one.

Bruiser (2000)

-First Time Watch-
While it's very flawed, I still really enjoyed this one. Jason Flemyng was really awesome in this, and Peter Stormare was hilarious as the over-the-top sleazy asshole boss.
The third act got a little bit too silly, which sucks, since I really liked the rest of the film.

A surprisingly creepy flick, with Peter Weller battling a rat from hell, while slowly going insane.
I highly recommend this one to horror movie fans!

-First Time Watch-
A really cool sci-fi/horror flick with some nasty as hell sequences of body-horror.
The characters or the movie itself isn't really that memorable, but it's worth a watch.

A silly, yet very entertaining comedy with the great b-movie star, Bruce Campbell.

- Re-watch -
I liked it much more this time than the first time I watched it a couple of years ago.
The acting is great, the soundtrack is fantastic, the story is simply genius, and the movie never gets too silly.

Rosemary's Baby (1968)
Date: 8. March
- First Time Watch -
Holy crap, this movie was absolutely brilliant, and genuinely scary!
The acting is great, the atmosphere is really unnerving, and the buildup is perfect!
The film is full of paranoia, and you start doubt which characters to trust.

I absolutely loved this flick!
The characters were great, and even though I really don't like Diablo Cody, I gotta say that I enjoyed the dialogue.
Charlize Theron is completely perfect in this film, as an alcoholic and pathetic writer of young adult books.
I would recommend this film to very few people, since the humor is really sardonic and dark, and it isn't exactly a full-blown comedy.

Paranormal Activity 3 (2011)

A solid sequel, with some genuinely creepy scenes. I really liked the explanation given, and I'm really looking forward to knowing more of the mythology in the next sequel.

Snuff-Movie (2005)

A really crappy movie, with a few good ideas that drown in the movie's own stupidity.

Watched it with my English class, and oh boy...
I don't want to sound immature, but this film was flat out boring. The original story interests me, and I want to read the book, but this was just... wow.
I did not like this at all.

Probably David Lynch's strangest film, and that's saying a hell of a lot.
The acting is great, the soundtrack is awesome, and the story is completely batshit insane.

Left Bank (2008)
Date: 23. March
- First Time Watch -
A failed horror film that tries to be a slow-burn horror flick, but the buildup is horribly boring and not interesting at all. The last 10 minutes are the only part that could count as a horror film.

While it's probably one of the stupidest movies I've ever seen, I laughed through almost the entire film.
I really liked the dark, disgusting, perverted and absurd humor.
The cameos were great as well, like Jeff Goldblum, Ray Wise, Will Ferrel, Zach Galifianakis, John C. Reilly and many others. Robert Loggia was fucking hilarious in this one, and had the best bits, in my opinion.

- Re-watch -
Depressing, bleak, nightmarish and surreal.
This isn't my favorite Lynch film, but I still think it's absolutely fantastic, and a work of art.

A quirky little comedy, with some pretty funny scenes. It isn't scary at all, though, and the story is a little bit confusing. The acting isn't the best, but some of the actors have a great comedic delivery.

An absolutely hilarious comedy with Tenacious D, along with dozen of other celebrity cameos. The story is epic, the characters are great, and the gags are superb!

A pretty good horror film from horror master, David Cronenberg. The acting is really good, especially by Oliver Reed, and the concept is really genius.
It does contain a lot of scenes that I found creepy, which it great, since I don't get creeped out that easily.

There are few modern horror movies of this quality, which is a shame, since I love this one. The writing is superb, the acting is really damn good, and it's actually quite disturbing.
Recommended.

This movie gets deep under my skin, and I think it's genuinely scary. The paranoia it creates is amazing, since it makes you think about diseases and strangers touching things you might touch some day.
The cast is absolutely phenomenal as well. I got especially happy when Bryan Cranston showed up, since I didn't know he was in this, and he's one of my favorite actors.

A really solid and surprisingly entertaining British horror flick, with some really funny and awesome moments. It also has one of the best female horror villains ever, in my opinion.
The acting is good as well, even though some of it aren't that good. It's got the only tolerable role Hugh Grant have ever had, because I can't stand him in any of his other movies.
Ken Russel really was an underrated director. I haven't seen The Devils yet, but I loved this one and Altered States.
