About Time (2013)
I've never seen a movie as sweet as it and as well as good, it could be easily a failure and another pointless flick like its genre has, but it was well directed and played, espically Bill Nighty who gives a very good performance in my eyes. It was a pleasure to watch, just to put a smile on the face.
12 Monkeys (1996)
The plot may sounds a bit dull, overdone and unreasonable on the paper, but the movie represent original ideas that I haven't seen yet , it gave the story an intriguing twist.
Plus, I praise Brad Pitt. He his one of the greatest actors of his generation. Bruce Willis was amazing, but Pitt stole the show.

The Conjuring (2013)
I never had any attraction to the horror theme, I always wanted to avoid all those kind of films because the story never changes.
Then I came across this one, nothing about the plot was mind-blowing or just told me diffrenet story. But the whole movie, as a package, was a crazy trip. The directing was absolutely spellbinding. You can't help but just get into it harshly, like you are with them, It gives you chills. I'm quite sorry I did not dig into Wan's filmography earlier, I'll try to watch more of his flicks in the near future.
In addition, the cast gave an impressive performances each. Vera Farmiga remains one of most talented actresses nowadays.
I thought this movie would be a different thriller, something complicated and well made. But I was disappointed from it. I kind of felt like the thing was pointless, we watched most of the movie which turned to be a made-up story on someone's troubled mind, it's the same to me if he would just woke up from a sleep and say everything was a dream. Though, it was not bad at all it has some suspence during the movie that make it worth this flick.
Veronica Mars (2014)
Moscow on the Hudson (1984)
At first, I only watched that for the incredible Robin Williams. It was not a big trademark in Williams career so I guessed it might has some good reason with it.
Apparently, I was wrong. It was one of the most impressive performances that I have ever seen by Robin Williams. You can see the entire concept of the movie behind his character very clearly.
Putting aside Robin, the movie was indeed a joy to watch. the dialogues are well written and it is funny and moving at the same time. My issue here is the pace was too slow for me, but it just me.
I'm quite under whelmed by "Rope". I expected for a remarkable movie. But it was pretty plain to me. I just couldn't get into it.Besides Stewart, the actors weren't that great, I do love a lot the idea behind the characters and the movie, though. The villains as the main characters were a new refreshing thing for a thriller, but not enough for leaving me shocked
I do think it's a good movie.however, I just thought Psycho and Vertigo are much better flicks for my very own Hitchcock's reputation.
Stay Cool (2011)
Premium Rush (2012)
The first time I've heard about that, I had an exact image of how it's going to be, just a straight fast fun, and I was perfectly correct.
First of all. I liked that it's about people we all love to hate. The careless Bike riders that risk many lives in the road.it was not a typical subject , a thing that made me much more curious about the flick. But it was just a man riding on bike, nothing above the average.
The scenes were well made and entertaining, but that's all, no deep thoughts behind. So it's pretty much worthless flick.
Won't Back Down (2012)
Strangers on a Train (1951)
After "Rope", I wanted badly to watch another Hitchcock movie, just to be a liitle more pleased. And, I absolutely loved it. I always knew Hitchcock deal with issues that any other director never did, it usually about murder but with an upgraded clever message. So I really liked its topic. The actors this time were terrific and made the storyline better.
Hotel Transylvania (2012)
I had almost no expectations from this flick. I sincerely thought it will be a disaster, but it was kind of fun to watch. I really liked few of the classic characters (Dracula and Frankenstein) and they just made me laugh. The storyline was predictable and the love story was not really convincing but still pretty charming.
Pacific Rim (2013)
Gangster Squad (2013)
Shakespeare in Love (1998)
While the movie was on, I constantly thought it is just another romance flick, just with fancy talk and clothing. Shakespeare seemed to me kind of a douchebag, also you should just be a little stupid to not notice that the "love of your life" is your Romeo in your own show especially when you take all those long looks at her face, she still has the same features. even with the short wig and the mustache.
But the ending was really surprisingly beautiful. it had represrnted some bigger and more important issues than just a love story. It touched it a little bit in the rest on the movie but not the same way as the ending did. the actors had a really great performances in the play and some scenes were artistic and pretty much stunning. I'm not sure if I believe its a Oscar worthy, but I can see why they gave it to it.
There Will Be Blood (2008)
I knew what I'm about to watch here ,more or less ,from the criticism around it. Something unique, visually beautiful and kick ass characters. Of course, the boredom was a part of it too. All of them were applied that way.
First of all, I never was so amazed by a performance. Day-Lewis has done a spectacular job. I feel so retarded I watched only few of his movies. also, for taking too long to view it.
Second, the father and son relationship was one of the greatest and well-developed I've seen in the movie. With all the special ideas this movie had, I loved this one the most.
Les Misérables (2012)
At first, I gave up fast when I realized I'm going to watch a 2 hours long song. I did not know if I could handle it.
But then, I decided to try it fully and it got me hooked to the story, that hooked that I couldn't care less for the clichés this movie has. Plus the impressive cast in it was soild.
