23rd September 1945 - In Milan, a young lady throws his baby to a pedestrian, just before of being run over. The young mother died, the baby survived.
From May 1945 to March 1946, La Domenica del Corriere was given the name La Domenica degli Italiani (The Sunday of Italians).

28th October 1945 - In Bologna (Emilia-Romagna, Northern Italy), a car is stolen with a 4-year old kid aboard. The kid was abandoned in the periphery.

La Domenica del Corriere (The Sunday of the Corriere) was a weekly newsmagazine whose first issue was published on 8th January 1899. Its name was after the eminent Milan newspaper Corriere della Sera (The courier of the evening). La Domenica del Corriere was the most popular Italian newsmagazine from its beginning to the 1960s.
