Raiders of the Lost Ark - Atari 2600
1982: Howard Scott Warshaw designed this fairly successful movie spin-off game for the Atari 2600 and caught the attention of Steven Spielberg. Unfortunately, Steven requested that Howard develop his other movie into a game as well - E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial. Result? Video Game Crash of 1983.
Indiana Jones in the Lost Kingdom - Commodore 64
Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom - Arcade
1985: Very popular arcade based on the movie, this was a fully licensed LucasFilm game, and as such, featured the real theme music from Indiana Jones along with sound clips of Indy and other characters from the movie.

Indiana Jones in Revenge of the Ancients - PC Games
1987: Text adventure Indy game for DOS and Apple II
Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom - Commodore 64
Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom - Famicom and NES
1989: Ported to the 8-bit NES system, Temple of Doom arcade was universally panned by critics and gamers because of its poor graphics and frustrating gameplay. Among the major problems was the new feature only the NES version had - Indy could now jump - but it was glitchy and almost uncontrollable.
Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade - PC Games
1989: Using the famed SCUM engine from the hit game 'Maniac Mansion', LucasArts brings Indiana Jones to this graphical adventure.
Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis - PC Games
1992: This LucasArts game using the famed SCUMM game engine is considered the best Indiana Jones ever game made, and frequents many 'Top DOS Games' lists. The Fate of Atlantis doesn't follow any of the Indiana Jones movie plots, but rather developed its own story line centering around agents of the Third Reich and the search for the mysteries behind the lost continent of Atlantis. This adventure game has many interesting puzzles, some fist fights vs Nazis, and the story branches off into several alternate paths each with their encounters and objectives, giving it a lot of replay value.
