I know he's not British, but I figured he should give James Bond a go since he didn't get to be Superman. Besides, he looks pretty dapper in a suit.
I heard that he was one of the actors considered to replace Daniel Craig. So my question is, why didn't they choose him? He's charming, he's a rising star, and he has one fine British accent. He's got it all.
Ooh, I could totally see him as James Bond. Young, British, and hot. If he can play Four in Divergent, he's definitely capable of playing James Bond.
I know all the girls would be psyched with him playing a sexy suave British spy. Plus, it would revive his career, which has been looking pretty bleak lately.
Because he's one of my favorite British actors and it would be great to see him in something big like a James Bond movie.
In a TV show called Salvation, Santiago plays a British billionaire tech genius. He's charming, arrogant, and incredibly smart. In a nutshell, he's a British Tony Stark, but younger and better looking. Now after seeing him in this show, I've concluded that he would make a great James Bond. If he could essentially play Tony Stark, why not James Bond?
He's British, and a rising star. Well, he was rising a long time ago. That was pretty clear after he appeared in Inception and The Dark Knight Rises. I guess we have Christopher Nolan to thank for his claim to fame. And now Tom Hardy is just plain famous. Along with Aidan Turner, he was one of the actors considered to take on the role of James Bond. And just like with Aidan Turner, I have no idea why they didn't choose Tom. I would've preferred him as James Bond over Venom (yuck, no offense to Venom fans). Why did they have to make a Venom movie? The Venom dude was pretty freaky in Spider-Man 3. I don't need to see that nastiness again.
He is such a great actor. He was perfect in Fantastic Four, and I think he'd be pretty fantastic (see what I did there?) in a James Bond movie.
Honestly, I don't care about James Bond all that much. It's just nice to think of some of my favorite actors as the most iconic fictional spy ever, and to have my own fantasy choices to play a super sexy spy. In my opinion, they should just stop making James Bond movies, because we already have enough. On the off chance that they want to replace Daniel Craig (and for real this time), I'd like the actors in this list to be considered for the role.
Suggestions are welcome, but please note that I'll only add them to the list if I agree with the choices.
