The most legendary human being to ever exist from the most legendary television show ever. My all-time favorite anything ever is this man from this show.

If I'm being *truly* honest with this list, literally 4/5 of the main Frasier cast would be on here. I tried to go for more diversity but I LOVE Frasier and I LOVE the namesake character. He's pompous, yet charming. He's intelligent, yet not that street smart. He's giving, funny, and just such a well written character.

Heather's rating:

I LOVE this cute (yes, he's cute!) little guy so much! He may not have any character development, but he doesn't need to. He's just there to introduce us boils and ghouls to the nights deadly tales. Tales From the Crypt wouldn't be what it is without him or John Kassir voicing him.

Heather's rating:

I love D'Onofrio, I think he's an awesome actor and I love Bobby. Oddly enough, I know people who literally have an unfounded rage toward the character but I don't see it. His quirks make him who he is, and I wouldn't have him any other way.

Heather's rating:

I am well aware of how often people make fun of CSI: Miami and Horatio/David himself but I 110% don't give a crap. Horatio is a great character and I love his cheesy one liners, they make the show that much more fun. Plus he's genuinely a good guy who can also be badass, he reminds me of Jack Bauer in a little way.

I'm still genuinely haunted and choked up about his death. He was such a wonderful, excellently written and acted character. One of the few truly good people on 24.

Heather's rating:

Literally quite possibly the funniest fictional character to ever exist. She's everything I want to be, but also nothing I want to be. So sassy, I love her.

Heather's rating:

To be honest, they did a perfect job casting everyone on Frasier but especially Frasier's family. Martin is the perfect balance of down to earth to Niles and Frasier's pompous nature.

He's just an adorable adult-like child who has an intense love for movies. Sort of reminds me of me when I was his age.

Heather's rating:

The most beautiful and gentle and kind and loving and adorable and stylish and perfect princess queen that ever existed was Jennifer Love Hewitt. She plays Melinda perfectly!
Heather's rating:

I think about him and miss him from the show every single day. I really really wish he'd make a comeback. He didn't die so there's hope!
