Favorite Films of 1991 (Top 10)

This used to be one of my all-time favorite films, but after re-watching a couple of years ago it wasn't as amazing as I remember. It's still a great action movie and Linda Hamilton as Sarah Connor is such a badass.

I haven't seen this film in years, it's certainly time for a re-watch. For me this was all about the villains, Anthony Hopkins gives his greatest performance as Hannibal Lecter and Ted Levine as Jame Gumb is also amazing as well.

Once in a while I do enjoy Gus Van Sant, when he isn't being pretentious, he can make some really good films. This was such a sad film but there was also something so poetic and beautiful at the same time. River Phoenix was definitely a talent and he shined pretty bright in this film, Keanu was also pretty great in this as well.

Shocking, relentless and disturbing. Robert De Niro is so freaking scary in this, I remember seeing this when I was twelve and having a couple of nightmares because of that dude. I also remember some dreams involving Juliette Lewis but for completely different reasons. ;)

Was Point Break a great film? No. Was it fun and entertaining? Hell yeah!

If you like musicals and animated films it's almost impossible not to love this film. It's not the best Disney animated film, (for my money that belongs to The Lion King) but it's just so enchanting and the music is great.

Here's another film I haven't seen in years, hell it's been probably close to 15 years since I seen it last. I have a bad feeling it doesn't hold up very well, as a teenager I remember I enjoyed the heck out of it though.

I think this film was pretty good but not the masterpiece some people make it out to be.
